Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Whisperin. We've kept it plain — every section opens with a one-line summary in everyday language, with the full terms underneath.

1. Acceptance & eligibility
In plain wordsUse Whisperin and you agree to these terms. You need to be 18+ and able to enter a contract.
By creating an account, generating a video, or otherwise using Whisperin (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using the Service for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract where you live. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
In plain wordsMake real, on-brand content. Don't use Whisperin to harm people, break the law, or break a platform's rules.
Whisperin exists to help you create short-form video you can stand behind. You agree to use the Service lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree to:
- Follow the posting rules and content policies of every platform you publish to (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others).
- Keep the AI-content label intact on anything you generate and publish. We add it; you don't strip it.
- Hold the rights, permissions, and consents for any material you upload — scripts, images, voices, and especially any real person's likeness.
- Use the Service for genuine creative and commercial work, not to deceive, defraud, or harass anyone.
3. Your responsibility for AI content
In plain wordsAI helps you make it, but you decide what gets published — so you're responsible for what goes out under your name.
Whisperin is a generation tool. It writes, voices, and renders video from your prompts, scripts, and settings. Nothing is published until you approve it. Because you hold that final say, you are responsible for the content you generate and publish, including its accuracy, its claims, and its compliance with the law and with platform rules.
AI models can produce results that are inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your use. You agree to review outputs before relying on or publishing them, and not to present generated content as something it isn't — for example, passing off a synthetic person as a real, identifiable individual without consent.
4. Prohibited uses
In plain wordsHard lines: no using someone's face or voice without consent, no pretending to be a real person, no illegal or platform-banned content.
The following are not permitted on Whisperin. This list isn't exhaustive — when in doubt, don't. You may not use the Service to create, generate, or publish:
- Non-consensual likeness. Any real person's face, voice, or identity without their explicit, documented consent.
- Impersonation or deception. Content that impersonates a real individual, brand, or official source, or that's designed to mislead people about who is speaking.
- Platform-policy violations. Anything that breaks the content or posting rules of the platform you publish to, or that's intended to evade those rules.
- Illegal, harmful, or abusive content. Including content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence or fraud.
- Intellectual-property infringement. Uploading or generating material you don't have the rights to use.
- Abuse of the Service. Reverse-engineering, scraping, overwhelming our systems, or reselling generation capacity without authorization.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that breach these rules — see Termination.
5. Accounts, credits & billing
In plain wordsYou buy credits, generations spend them, and you can cancel any time in one click. No retention maze.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Whisperin runs on credits. Paid plans include a monthly allotment of credits that generations draw down; your plan sets how many. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time, in one click — no phone call, no retention maze — and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, along with everything you've already made.
- A failed render does not consume credits.
- Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period unless your plan states otherwise.
- Prices are shown before you buy; we'll give clear notice before any price change affects you.
6. Refunds & cancellation
In plain wordsNot happy in your first 14 days? Full refund. Cancel any time after that — you just won't be billed again.
If you're not happy with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan. Email hello@whisperin.example and we'll process it — no interrogation. Your first video is always free, so you can judge the Service before you pay.
After the 14-day window, cancellation stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current period. You keep everything you've created.
7. Intellectual property & ownership
In plain wordsWhat you make is yours. What you upload stays yours. The Whisperin software and brand stay ours.
You own your outputs. Subject to your having the necessary rights to your inputs and to your following these terms, the videos, images, and audio you generate with Whisperin are yours — to keep, edit, publish, monetize, or take with you. We claim no ownership of them.
You keep ownership of the content you bring — your prompts, scripts, footage, brand assets, and personas. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, to render and deliver a video). We do not use it to train shared models — see our no-train pledge.
Whisperin's own software, models, designs, logos, and brand remain our property. These terms don't grant you any right to them beyond using the Service as intended.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
In plain wordsWe work hard to keep things running, but the Service is provided "as is", and our liability is capped — to the extent the law allows.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee specific results — reach, growth, and earnings depend on your niche, consistency, and content, and any figures shown on our site are illustrative, not promises.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whisperin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Termination
In plain wordsYou can leave whenever you want. We'll only suspend or close an account for a real reason — like breaking these rules.
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms — for example, the prohibited uses above — or where we're required to by law. Where it's reasonable and lawful, we'll give notice and a chance to put things right.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends, but the sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, and liability — continue to apply. We'll give you a reasonable window to export what you've made unless the law or a serious policy breach prevents it.
10. Changes to these terms & contact
In plain wordsIf we change these terms, we'll tell you. Questions? A real person reads our inbox.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves or the law changes. If a change is material, we'll give you reasonable notice — by email or in-app — before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
